The flowers, roses, and vases we use are subject to seasonal availability and can be replaced with similar items, always thinking of the best option to make your arrangement look the same or better than the arrangement of your choise.
All our arrangements have a guaranteed duration of 24 hours after delivery since we do not know the conditions or care to which they were exposed. That’s why any claim for an arrangement should be made at the delivery time, or be refused to the driver, noting the defect on the floral arrangement.
